1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • The product is expired or close to expiry (for applicable categories);
  • The product is significantly different from its description or displayed image on the website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, safety, copyright, or regulatory reasons. Examples include:

  • Personal care items, undergarments, and intimate products;
  • Perishable goods such as fresh foods, chilled or frozen items;
  • Opened software, digital products, or activation codes;
  • Products that are marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Time Frame for Return Requests

4. Condition of Returned Items

All returned products go through a quality inspection. If the issue is confirmed (for example, wrong, damaged, defective, or mismatched item), we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference and product availability. If the product fails the inspection due to non-compliance with this policy (for example, used or damaged by customer), the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to you.

7. Refund Methods and Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:

  • Refund to the original payment method (card, bank, mobile wallet) where supported;
  • Store credit or voucher that can be used for future purchases on Tech2BD;
  • Cash refund through designated channels for Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable.

The actual time required to receive a refund may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing, or mobile financial service policies. In general, refunds may take several working days after approval to reflect in your account.

8. Delivery Charges

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, the reasonable return shipping cost or pickup charges (if any) will typically be borne by Tech2BD, in line with applicable regulations and our internal policy. If you return an item for other reasons, such as change of mind where allowed, original shipping fees may not be refundable and you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

9. Compliance with Bangladeshi Regulations
